Posted: 03/06/2024

If you’re a practice that receives paper checks from Priority Health, they want you to know they are aware of the challenges you and others are facing as the cyberattack on Change Healthcare continues to have impacts across the health care industry.

At Priority Health, they continue to be able to pay providers who are set up for electronic funds transfer (EFT) on claims they have received. Paper checks are sent through Change Healthcare and are currently on hold.

If your practice wants to start the process of setting up EFT, learn more and see how to log in to prism to sign up for EFTs by clicking here.

Setting up an EFT can take up to 30 days to complete, with the bank taking up to two weeks for their steps.
